Midday The client was able to interact with his peers in a positive manner while taking his class picture. In the afternoon The client exhibited difficulty achieving all of his target goals while at resource in the gym. The client refused to follow directions and hit the gym teacher. After hitting the teacher The client walked out of class. QMHP-C greeted the client upon arrival to the school setting. During morning observations, QMHP-C provided The client with positive reinforcement and encouraged him to continue to remain focused and to sit quietly in his chair. Midday QMHP-C provided The client with verbal praise and encouraged him to continue to interact with his peers in a positive manner. In the afternoon QMHP-C redirected The client and reiterated the importance of achieving all of his target goals. The client responded well towards Therapeutic Day Treatment Servivces as evidnced by positive feedback and participation. During morning observations, The client agreed to continue to remain focused and sit quietly in his seat while completing his assignment. Midday The client continued to interact with his peers in a positive manner. In the afternoon The client was unreceptive to redirection by crying and saying, âplease donât tell my dad what I didâ. The client was then able to calm down and agreed to follow directions, keep his hands to himself, and remained focused while in resource. He also agreed to continue to track his behavior on his self-monitoring chart.
